Benjamin L. Singer

Since founding Singer LLP over a decade ago, Benjamin has served as trial counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property cases throughout the United States. Both Benjamin and Singer LLP have been named by Chambers & Partners USA for Excellence in Intellectual Property: Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets Law in California in 2024. He has also been selected as a Top 500 Leading Litigator in America by Lawdragon 2025, a Best Lawyer in 2024 and 2025 for Trade Secrets Law, a 2024 Top IP Lawyer by the Daily Journal, a 2023 Top Trade Secrets Lawyer by the Daily Journal, and a 2024 Northern California Super Lawyer for Business and IP Litigation (his fourth consecutive selection as a Super Lawyer after being recognized as a Rising Star three times).
